We collect the information you give us when you create an account (name, email, phone, business name), the content of conversations handled through channels you connect, and basic usage data needed to run and secure the service.
How we use it
- Provide, operate and improve Bonosmart AI.
- Generate AI replies, lead scores and reports for your business.
- Send service messages such as verification codes and billing notices.
- Detect abuse and keep the platform secure.
Connected channels
When you connect Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp, we access only what you authorize so the AI can read and reply to messages for your business. You can disconnect a channel at any time.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with infrastructure and service providers that help us run the product (for example hosting, AI model providers and payment gateways), and when required by law.
Security and retention
Data is transmitted over HTTPS and integration credentials are stored encrypted. We keep your data while your account is active and for a limited period afterwards, unless the law requires otherwise.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data by contacting us. Deleting your account removes your business data subject to legal retention requirements.
