- Do not use Bonosmart AI to send spam, scams or unlawful content.
- Follow the policies of the channels you connect (Meta, WhatsApp and others).
- Do not attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the service.
Your content and AI replies
You own the content you provide. AI replies are generated automatically and may be imperfect, so review important conversations and keep a human in the loop for sensitive decisions.
Plans and billing
Paid plans renew as described at purchase. Fees are shown before you pay. Taxes may apply.
Availability
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Third-party platforms such as Meta may change their rules or availability.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Bonosmart AI is provided as is and is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
